Remove Unwanted Browser Startup Programs

SpyZooka’s Optimize feature helps improve your computer's speed and browser performance by detecting and disabling unnecessary items that run when your PC starts.

This includes extensions, add ons, toolbars, and startup entries found in:

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Internet Explorer

  • Brave

  • Opera

Safe Optimization

SpyZooka only shows entries that are safe to disable or remove. It won’t touch anything critical to your system or browsers.

If you're unsure about an item:

  • Use Disable to turn it off without deleting it.

  • You can always bring it back later using Restore.

What You'll See

Each entry includes:

  • Name – The extension or program name

  • Publisher – The developer or vendor

  • Version – The version number

  • Type – Where it loads from (e.g., registry, browser startup)

  • Status – Shows whether it's Enabled or Disabled

Click any column header to sort the list by that field.

A detailed info panel below gives more background on the selected entry. Maximize SpyZooka if you need more space to view everything clearly.

Actions You Can Take

  • Disable – Temporarily disable an item without deleting it

  • Remove – Permanently delete the selected item from your system

  • Restore – Re-enable previously disabled items

Use these tools to clean up your browser environment, stop unnecessary programs from launching at startup, and keep your PC running smoother.

Edge

Displays all Edge extensions. Please note that due to Microsoft restrictions no third party program can enable, disable or remove extensions in Edge. SpyZooka conveniently shows you all the extensions and opens up Edge to remove those directly in Edge.
